Another successful project complete!
In addition to conventional shade sails, we have installed a Mono Hypar Umbrella at Burden Park Playground, that offers a similar aesthetic while requiring only a single central post. The hypar umbrella design consists of a canopy supported by a network of structural steel arranged in a way that distributes the load evenly and creates the distinctive shape, which not only provides structural stability but also allows for a lightweight and visually appealing structure.
The result is a modern and unique contribution to the architectural landscape, which allows the community to fully utilise the space while being protected from the elements!
The overall project consisted of two Shade Sail Structures and one 7m x 7m Mono Hypar Umbrella, comprising of the following specifics –
- Commercial Grade Heavy 430 Shade cloth fabric – in Charcoal and Orange
- Fully welded structural steel columns and rafters with a high-quality Hot Dip Galvanised finish
- Marine grade stainless steel fittings
- 10 year structural warranty
- 10 year fabric warranty
