The highlight of this project is the 7m x 7m Mono Hypar Umbrella, a unique and modern Commercial Shade Umbrella requiring just one central post for support. This innovative design maximises space utilisation and enhances the area’s aesthetics with its distinct shape. Paired with two strategically placed shade sail structures, the playground now benefits from complete sun protection across its most popular areas.
- Mono Hypar Umbrella: The canopy is supported by a sophisticated structural steel framework, engineered to distribute the load evenly. This creates a lightweight yet robust structure, blending stability with a sleek, modern appearance.
- Shade Sail Structures: These sails, fabricated using premium materials, provide wide coverage, ensuring shaded areas for both relaxation and play.

- Premium Fabric: The project utilised Commercial Grade Heavy 430 fabric from Gale Pacific in Charcoal and Orange, known for its exceptional UV protection, durability, and vibrant colours.
- Structural Steel Framework: Fully welded steel columns and rafters, finished with hot-dip galvanisation, ensure long-term resistance to rust and harsh weather conditions.
- Marine-Grade Stainless Steel Fittings: All hardware, including cables and tensioning systems, was sourced from marine-grade stainless steel for superior strength and corrosion resistance.
- Comprehensive Warranties: The fabric and structural components are backed by a 10-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality and reliability.
